My first visit with Anselmo Reyes, Acupressure Massage was by accident and the best accident I have ever experienced. I was walking and saw his sign and stopped in and he was busy and an hour later I went back. My time waiting was rewarded by this visit. I have continued to use him and will always. I had numbness in my hand and pain in my shoulder and needed surgery. After my 1st visit it was better, and decided... Read more »
Anselmo has been working on me since 2001 when I was diagnosed as having MS . After a few sessions I was fine and the Dr’s changed their diagnosis to nerve damage .
Also, I have had bouts of low back problems and whenever I aggravated it by shoveling snow or doing anything else he worked on me a few times and I was fine again. I rely on his expertise and will continue to do so . I thank God for... Read more »
I lived with pain for years and was at the point that I thought I needed neck surgery. I could barely move and in excruciating pain. Within 30 minutes of seeing Anselmo I had full mobility of my neck that I hadn’t had in years with no pain. He is a genius. I cannot say enough about what he’s done for me.

Massage therapy is used to treat and prevent a wide range of diseases and adverse conditions, including stress, muscle tension, pain, inflammation and more. It’s a safe, non-invasive practice that has become increasingly popular for this very reason. You may be surprised to learn that massage therapy can also yield benefits for heart health.
A pulled muscle, or muscle strain, is among the most common types of injuries sustained by athletes and bodybuilders. It’s characterized by the physical tearing of either the muscle fibers or its connected tendons, usually occurring during a strenuous activity. While most pulled muscles will heal on their own without the need for professional medical assistance, seeking massage therapy can speed up the healing process.
Lowers Stress Levels
It’s estimated that roughly 9% of the U.S. adult population has received at least one massage in the past year. Massage therapy is a vast, ever-growing industry that is practiced by countries around the world. While most people seek massage to relieve physical stress and tension, it may also prove useful in boosting the body’s immune system.
